Hospitality Suite opens

Private tour of the Alamo at 6pm

Friday

Hospitality Suite

On Friday evening  we will have a river cruise cocktail party with beer, margaritas and snacks

if you've never cruised the river walk

this is a great experience

Saturday

Hospitality Suite

Morning and afternoon is open for visiting and sightseeing

Saturday night will be the dinner and dance.

 We will have a cash bar from 6pm-on, with a buffet dinner at 7pm

 dancing starting at 8pm.

 The hotel has said we can't have music after midnight-but we'll see.

 The bar at the Menger is where Teddy Roosevelt recruited rough riders

very old and fun to have a few drinks.
